The challenge
Dark oak cabinetry and a dividing wall made the original kitchen feel separate from the rest of the home.
The approach
Dream Homes Remodeling opened the dividing wall with a new header and coordinated the revised services, cabinetry and finishes. Light gray shaker fronts, white tile and veined quartz shaped the material palette.
The result
A waterfall peninsula provides a focal point between the kitchen and dining room. Continuous flooring and layered lighting help the two spaces read together.
