Included at no extra charge with the visit. Accessible-area readings and observations help identify concerns to investigate before new finishes go in.

04

Develop the cabinet plan and 3D views

Receive a dimensioned cabinet schematic and multiple 3D views in the cabinet style and finishes chosen during consultation.

05

Specify the details and the cost

Close-up selections for handles, sinks, workstation features, faucets, lighting and add-ons, with descriptions and individual pricing.

06

Receive your take-away project portfolio

Your address, choices, visit notes, drawings, renderings and itemized written estimate in one package. Build with us or take it to another contractor or kitchen supplier.

Wall-removal and structural questions are reviewed for feasibility. Structural conclusions and any required engineering drawings must be confirmed by a licensed architect or professional engineer. Thermal and moisture checks are non-invasive and do not confirm or rule out mold.

01 / YOUR QUESTIONS, DOCUMENTED

The room and the possibilities.

Design direction: A brighter L-shaped kitchen with natural wood-grain fronts, white quartz and coordinated brass details.

Sample measured room: 12 ft x 10 ft kitchen / 8 ft ceiling. Retain the sink at the window and review appliance clearances at the left return.

Wall-removal question: An opening to the adjoining room is an option to investigate. This sample does not assume the wall is removable; existing structure and services require review.

02 / WHAT WE CHECK

Conditions before cosmetics.

Thermal and moisture: Your actual report records the inspected locations, readings, photos and recommended follow-up. No inspection was performed for this fictional sample.

Plumbing and electrical: Review shutoff valves, existing supply lines, appliance needs and panel capacity before confirming the work.

Next decisions: Final appliance models, physical finish samples and any building or structural approvals needed for the proposed scope.

Use the plan your way.

Move forward with Queens Modern and receive the $300 kitchen-contract credit, or take the portfolio to the contractor or kitchen supplier you choose.
