A tailored estimate after layout and selections.
Every kitchen is priced after we review your layout and selections. Your estimate covers the cabinetry, stone, fixtures and other materials identified in writing. Installation, demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliances, permits, painting, labor and site work are quoted separately unless expressly included in your written proposal.

Readings and observations can identify conditions that may warrant further investigation. This is non-invasive and does not confirm or rule out mold.
Cabinet layout and visual direction
Receive a dimensioned cabinet schematic or layout, selected cabinet direction, initial 3D views or renderings as applicable, and material and finish direction.
Details and preliminary cost direction
Review handles, sinks, workstation features, faucets, lighting and add-ons as applicable, plus a written, itemized preliminary estimate or proposal where applicable.
Take-away project portfolio
Receive one organized portfolio containing the address, notes, measurements, selected products and codes, drawings, visuals, selections and written estimate or proposal.
$300 consultation · qualifying contract credit
The $300 is credited toward a qualifying kitchen contract when applicable. Final scopes, construction conditions, pricing, availability, measurements and specifications are confirmed in the written agreement and before ordering.
