When you submit a design request, Queens Modern Kitchen and Bath collects the contact information, project notes, design preferences, building details, alteration agreements and photographs you provide to review your project and respond to your inquiry.

Photos and contact information

Submit only images you have permission to share. Avoid including people, account information or other private documents in room photos. Alteration agreements may contain building policies and personal details. Share only documents you are authorized to provide and remove unrelated sensitive information. Uploaded files and request details are stored with the site’s hosting services.

Room visualizer

Automatic surface detection and finish previews run locally in your browser. Your room photo is not sent to an outside AI service. Choosing “Use this design” temporarily stores the photo, preview and selections in this browser so they can be attached to your request. They are shared with our team only when you submit that request.

Saved drafts

“Save my draft” stores your design selections in this browser on this device. Clearing your browser’s site data removes that local draft. Your draft is not sent until you submit a request.

Changes or removal

To request a correction or deletion, submit a project request mentioning your previous request reference and the details you want changed or removed. Do not include additional photos unless needed.
